The blanket pre-shrinking machine is suitable for pre shrinking and shaping finishing of pure cotton, blended and synthetic cylindrical knitted fabrics. The support plate adopts a magnetic levitation electric separation shuttle support plate, with a door width accuracy of ± 5mm. The support plates on both sides and the super feeding wheel actively feed the fabric to eliminate weft inclination. Electric opening operation is convenient. The left and right super feeding wheels operate independently with precise frequency control. Easy to adjust the warp free inclination. A 20mm thick blanket is combined with a PTFE damping plate to achieve damping retraction.
